● 研究兴趣、领域:

细胞自噬是细胞内物质自我清理和更新的重要机制,与衰老和许多重大疾病密切相关。我们运用最新的细胞生物学和生物化学手段研究细胞自噬的分子机制和生物学功能,集中于自噬体膜形成的分子机制,以及其调节毒性蛋白聚集体的降解和非典型分泌的研究。我们也同时致力于细胞自噬对细胞内稳态维持以及相关重大疾病(如癌症和神经退行疾病)的研究。
