● 研究兴趣、领域:
主要应用生物物理的概念和方法研究细胞对机械力信号的感觉机制。具体的研究内容包括:(1)机械力敏感神经元中力信号传导通路的分子基础;(2)机械力敏感神经元对不同力信号选择性响应的细胞和分子生物学机制;(3)细胞骨架动力学的分子基础及其在细胞形态和细胞力学中的作用。研究手段包括电子显微镜,光学显微镜,果蝇遗传学,分子生物学和生物化学等。
