2020级开题报告（第1轮）

2023年3月4日，清华学堂生命科学实验班的零字班同学进行了第一轮开题报告，刘栋、李珍、杨扬三位老师分别在三个教室进行指导。

王昊睿同学正在作题目为“Finding functional traces of positive memories produced by negative experiences”的报告。

陈俊达同学正在讲述未来计划。

陈俊达的题目是“Detect damaged RNA sample by using multiple crRNA and Cas13”，即采用多重规律间隔成簇短回文重复序列核糖核酸和规律间隔成簇短回文重复序列相关蛋白系统十三，去检验受损的核糖核酸试样。

廖芷滟同学正在作题为“Transcription of transposable elements regulates the switch of division modes in neural progenitor cells”的报告。

刘悰同学的课题名为“Role of novel regulators in mitochondria iron sulfur cluster biogenesis”

胡莹同学的题目则是“Multiscale modeling of a thalamacortical pathway affecting brain state”

杨健藩同学介绍了他名为“Characterizition of activation of NRAM+ ensembles in dDG during memory retrieval”的工作

而李若蘅同学的题目名叫“探究斑马鱼早期发育中染色质TAD擦除机制及意义”

刘迪同学作了关于“利用神经网络进行蛋白质吉布斯自由能预测”的开题

曹凌微同学讲解了她的“The role of PIN during REM sleep in fear memory consolidation”

张芷蕙子同学的题目名为“迁移细胞收缩丝原位结构的观察与解析”
